The highlight of my trip to Nara was definitely the deer. They are everywhere! My professor compared them to the rats in New York. They are super domestic and just stand around waiting to be fed. I've never seen anything like it! I noticed some of them making this high-pitched squealing noise where their bodies inflate. Odd, but comical!
