Wednesday night, a group of us went to Nijo Castle to see the sakura (cherry blossom) trees. It was amazing. The sakura were in full bloom (they are currently loosing theri beautiful blossoms). The castle visit consisted of a walking tour of the grounds, covering different gardens. It is impossible to capture the experience on film, but I got a few decent pics :)
